These dainty little flowers remind me of lavender tea! Do you like lavender tea? I tend to like teas with a more "fruity" flavor rather than those with floral notes. What type of tea drinker are you?…Fruity, Floral, Traditional, or "Anything Goes"?? When my tea room was open I loved seeing how everyone enjoyed their tea and what types became favorites. One lump or two? How many cubes of sugar (or "sugah" for those of us that just happen to be Southern!) for you?
Pick a pretty bouquet of flowers, arrange them in a sweet vase, pour yourself a cuppa tea (yes, pull out one of your favorite cup and saucer sets), and say "Cheers to ME"!! You deserve it!! I do believe that taking time for tea in the morning or afternoon is an easy way to include a little bit of relaxation into your day. Allow yourself time to breathe, enjoy the aroma, savor the taste…and, I'll just bet you will wonder why in the world you haven't been doing this every day!
Finding it hard to work this in every day…well, start off with one day…and, might I suggest "Tealightfully Thursday"?!! 🙂
